Refund Policy
Any eligible refunds will be credited immediately to the Original mode of payment after Cancellations and can take up to 5-7 working days in reflecting in your account.
Refunds for cancellations or rescheduled services are subject to the applicable cancellation or no-show fees mentioned above.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time after Booking Confirmation. For cancelling the order please send email to support@captaq.com. Charges will be levied as mentioned below on cancellation:
1. No Charges will be levied if order cancellation requested 3 hours before the starting of the service
2. 30% of the Booking Amount will be levied if order cancellation requested < 3 hours of the service time
Refund will be processed immediately after Cancellations and can take up to 5-7 working days in reflecting in your account.
